Fat To Fit Friday week 5

Well, its been a better Fat To Fit week this week. Although I haven’t been to the gym, I’m finding it hard to motivate myself to get up and go after being at work all day.

I have been more conscious with my diet and really trying to eat better meaning I’ve cut out sugar in hot drinks, which is taking some getting used too. I’m taking in more fruit a day and trying to not give in to my cravings for chocolate and crisps….. This is hard esp when I’m on my own and I’ve had a bad day.

But I have been keeping active and been walking more. I’ve been tracking this with my FitBit Surge. I’m really enjoying using my new tracker as well at it being a watch its been motivating me to do those few extra steps to reach my daily goals.

As you can se from the photo below, I had a fab day were I exceeded my goals and well I felt pretty good about it. I LOVE ย the FitBit app where my tracker syncs to during the day and how it looks on the tracker itself.

Did I complete my goals last week??

Well I’ve contacted the PT and just waiting for him to get back to me.

I went shopping for a sports bra and well, this is where it became difficult. I went to town and well no where had a sports bra that would fit me. I am quite generous in the boob area and most of the bras didn’t even go to my size!!!!!! I didn’t think it would be so difficult to find one.

Do you know of any where that might do a underwired sports bra for the bigger bust that’s not going to break the bank?

So my goals for this week.

  1. Go to the gym
  2. Hunt down a Sports bra
  3. To write down everything I eat this week.

Do you have any advice for me, I’m kind of feeling like I’m in limbo at the moment.

  1. Congrats with doing so well this week and good luck for next. Hope someone can help with the sports bra – I am not very blessed in that area, so am afraid I can’t help!

  2. soumds like you’ve had a good week and feeling more motivated. I would love a Fitbit. Constantly on the go so would be interesting to see how many steps I do.
I also busty but have found some good sport bras I’m TK Maxx before x

  3. I think that Autumn is really hard. It is hard to find motivation and also keep motivated due to the change is light etc. Look online for larger sports bras. Can you find a buddy to motivate you?

  4. I’ve never been able to find a decent sports bra and I’m a C cup. It’s so frustrating! Good luck with your goals this week, it sound like you are doing well x

  5. I’m glad that this week was more positive. As for the bra – I like the Shock Absorber bras – just search for them and you will find. They are great when you have a large rack like me!! haha

  6. Well done! It is hard to keep motivated, especially when the seasons change and the nights start drawing in. Just keep your goal in mind and hopefully you will stay on track.

  7. Yes, Freya bras are great for bigger boobs. I don’t know where you live but you can buy them at Leia at Bluewater and also online.
Well done with it all, it sounds like you’re doing really well.

  8. Well done, I think it is good to try different things every week and make little changes. Last week I gave up bread and I feel better already and lost a few pounds.

  9. Well done on a good week! Now my youngest is at school I am walking 5 miles a day just on the school run – if only I could be good like you and stop eating all the crap I am sure the weight would fall off!

  10. Some great goals here, stick with it and well done! I too am trying to cut out sugar from tea. Apparently it will taste awful for the first week and then you’re used to it!! I’m not through that first week yet!

  11. dont scrimp on sports bras is my only advice. Training for the half marathon I have had to throw so much kit away after one use, the injuries from cheap stuff is horrible ๐Ÿ™

  12. Good luck with your goal, I started a similar journey a month ago and can relate so well to lacking in motivation bit after a whole day of work and housekeeping!xx
